GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Kerala Fire Force Act, 1962, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Civil Defence Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form A to the Director of Fire Services within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form A to the Director of Fire Services within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the Director of Fire Services shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Kerala.
