GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The manufacture of denatured spirit by manufacturers of denatured spirit under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Guard, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of denatured spirit carrying on the manufacture of denatured spirit shall furnish Form F to the Commissioner within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of denatured spirit carrying on the manufacture of denatured spirit shall make an application in Form F to the Commissioner within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of denatured spirit is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
