GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of premises by occupiers under the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assessor, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall furnish Form C to the Town Vending Committee within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application in Form C to the Town Vending Committee within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of premises is undertaken, and the Town Vending Committee shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Water Resources Department, Government of Gujarat.
