GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The construction of buildings in a vulnerable area by owners of a building in a vulnerable area under the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Fire Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a building in a vulnerable area carrying on the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area shall furnish Form B to the Director of Fire Services within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building in a vulnerable area carrying on the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area shall make an application in Form B to the Director of Fire Services within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area is undertaken, and the Director of Fire Services shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
