GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of a competition by organisers under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Chaperone, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every organiser carrying on the conduct of a competition shall furnish Form D to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser carrying on the conduct of a competition shall make an application in Form D to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of a competition is undertaken, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Goa.
