GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The management of a co-operative housing society by co-operative housing societies under the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Registrar, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every co-operative housing society carrying on the management of a co-operative housing society shall furnish Form A to the Rent Controller within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every co-operative housing society carrying on the management of a co-operative housing society shall make an application in Form A to the Rent Controller within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a co-operative housing society is undertaken, and the Rent Controller shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
