GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The fire safety of a place of public assembly by owners of a place of public assembly under the Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Collector, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a place of public assembly carrying on the fire safety of a place of public assembly shall furnish Form H to the State Authority within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a place of public assembly carrying on the fire safety of a place of public assembly shall make an application in Form H to the State Authority within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the fire safety of a place of public assembly is undertaken, and the State Authority shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Gujarat.
