GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a bonded warehouse by bonded warehouse keepers under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Guard, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall furnish Form G to the District Excise Officer within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall make an application in Form G to the District Excise Officer within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a bonded warehouse is undertaken, and the District Excise Officer shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
