GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The publication of proactive disclosures by publishers of proactive disclosures under the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Public Information Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every publisher of proactive disclosures carrying on the publication of proactive disclosures shall furnish Form B to the Competent Authority within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every publisher of proactive disclosures carrying on the publication of proactive disclosures shall make an application in Form B to the Competent Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the publication of proactive disclosures is undertaken, and the Competent Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Karnataka.
