GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a brewery by brewers under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Guard, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall furnish Form C to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within ten days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall make an application in Form C to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within ten days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a brewery is undertaken, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall dispose of it within ten days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
