GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The care of children in an institution by child care institutions under the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, the Government of Uttarakhand, after careful examination, hereby orders that every child care institution carrying on the care of children in an institution shall furnish Form I to the Government of Uttarakhand within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every child care institution carrying on the care of children in an institution shall make an application in Form I to the Government of Uttarakhand within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the care of children in an institution is undertaken, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttarakhand.
