Hyderabad, dated the 9th May, 2026

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land as a sharecropper by sharecroppers under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Revenue Inspector, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall furnish Form 3 to the State Government within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall make an application in Form 3 to the State Government within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as a sharecropper is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana.
