GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a gymnasium by operators of a gymnasium under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall furnish Form H to the State Sports Council within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application in Form H to the State Sports Council within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a gymnasium is undertaken, and the State Sports Council shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Telangana.
