GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of an estate by administrators of an estate under the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Probation Officer, the Government of Uttarakhand, after careful examination, hereby orders that every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall furnish Form II to the Government of Uttarakhand within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall make an application in Form II to the Government of Uttarakhand within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of an estate is undertaken, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Uttarakhand.
