New Delhi, dated the 7th March, 2026

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The transport of excisable articles by transporters under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Commissioner of Excise, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every transporter carrying on the transport of excisable articles shall furnish Form H to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every transporter carrying on the transport of excisable articles shall make an application in Form H to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the transport of excisable articles is undertaken, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
