GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The occupation of land by occupants under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish Form 5 to the Collector within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 5 to the Collector within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
