GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The drawing and disbursement of funds by Drawing and Disbursing Officers under the Kerala Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every Drawing and Disbursing Officer carrying on the drawing and disbursement of funds shall furnish Form GFR 19 to the Public Accounts Committee within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every Drawing and Disbursing Officer carrying on the drawing and disbursement of funds shall make an application in Form GFR 19 to the Public Accounts Committee within seven days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the drawing and disbursement of funds is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Kerala.
