GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The safety of a school building by owners of a school building under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Fire Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall furnish Form C to the Director of Fire Services within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall make an application in Form C to the Director of Fire Services within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the safety of a school building is undertaken, and the Director of Fire Services shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
