GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The possession of land by persons in possession of land under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall furnish Form 12 to the Settlement Officer within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Settlement Officer within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the possession of land is undertaken, and the Settlement Officer shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
