GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of an estate by administrators of an estate under the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of Marriages, the Government of Uttarakhand, after careful examination, hereby orders that every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall furnish Form III to the District Court within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall make an application in Form III to the District Court within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of an estate is undertaken, and the District Court shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttarakhand.
