GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The submission of accounts for audit by auditees under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Controller of Accounts, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall furnish Form GFR 21 to the Controller General of Accounts within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Controller General of Accounts within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the submission of accounts for audit is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
