GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of seeds by dealers under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Insecticide Inspector, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer carrying on the sale of seeds shall furnish Form C to the Government of Kerala within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer carrying on the sale of seeds shall make an application in Form C to the Government of Kerala within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of seeds is undertaken, and the Government of Kerala shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Kerala.
