GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The construction of a group housing scheme by builders of a group housing scheme under the Tamil Nadu Housing Board Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall furnish Form G to the Appellate Tribunal within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall make an application in Form G to the Appellate Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of a group housing scheme is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Excise Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
