GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of land by landholders under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 12 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
