GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The business of a commission agent in a market by commissions agent in a market under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall furnish Form F to the Seed Certification Agency within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall make an application in Form F to the Seed Certification Agency within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a commission agent in a market is undertaken, and the Seed Certification Agency shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Punjab.
