GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a society by societies under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every society carrying on the running of a society shall furnish Form G to the Endowments Tribunal within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form G to the Endowments Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a society is undertaken, and the Endowments Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Odisha.
