GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The care of children in an institution by child care institutions under the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Conciliation Officer, the Government of Uttarakhand, after careful examination, hereby orders that every child care institution carrying on the care of children in an institution shall furnish Form V to the Maintenance Tribunal within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every child care institution carrying on the care of children in an institution shall make an application in Form V to the Maintenance Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the care of children in an institution is undertaken, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Uttarakhand.
