GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of an old age home by keepers of an old age home under the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Marriage Officer, the Government of Uttarakhand, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of an old age home carrying on the running of an old age home shall furnish Form III to the Family Court within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of an old age home carrying on the running of an old age home shall make an application in Form III to the Family Court within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an old age home is undertaken, and the Family Court shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Uttarakhand.
