GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The carrying on of business by persons carrying on business under the Karnataka Money Lenders Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person carrying on business carrying on the carrying on of business shall furnish Form A to the Government of Karnataka within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on business carrying on the carrying on of business shall make an application in Form A to the Government of Karnataka within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of business is undertaken, and the Government of Karnataka shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Karnataka.
