GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of an estate by administrators of an estate under the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Maintenance Officer, the Government of Uttarakhand, after careful examination, hereby orders that every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall furnish Form III to the Maintenance Tribunal within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall make an application in Form III to the Maintenance Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of an estate is undertaken, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Excise Department, Government of Uttarakhand.
