GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a parking lot by operators of a parking lot under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Licensing Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a parking lot carrying on the running of a parking lot shall furnish Form G to the Commissioner within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a parking lot carrying on the running of a parking lot shall make an application in Form G to the Commissioner within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a parking lot is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
