GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The display of hoardings by owners of a hoarding under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registering Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a hoarding carrying on the display of hoardings shall furnish Form I to the Board of Film Certification within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a hoarding carrying on the display of hoardings shall make an application in Form I to the Board of Film Certification within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the display of hoardings is undertaken, and the Board of Film Certification shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
