GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The development of plots by owners of a plotted development under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Rent Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a plotted development carrying on the development of plots shall furnish Form H to the Authority within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a plotted development carrying on the development of plots shall make an application in Form H to the Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of plots is undertaken, and the Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
