GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Naib Tahsildar, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish Form 12 to the Board of Revenue within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Board of Revenue within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Board of Revenue shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Telangana.
