GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a stadium by operators of a stadium under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a stadium carrying on the running of a stadium shall furnish Form D to the Government of Telangana within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a stadium carrying on the running of a stadium shall make an application in Form D to the Government of Telangana within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a stadium is undertaken, and the Government of Telangana shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Telangana.
