GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of a religious fair by contractors for a religious fair under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for a religious fair carrying on the conduct of a religious fair shall furnish Form H to the Waqf Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for a religious fair carrying on the conduct of a religious fair shall make an application in Form H to the Waqf Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of a religious fair is undertaken, and the Waqf Tribunal shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
