GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The receipt and payment of Government moneys by treasuries under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Internal Auditor, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every treasury carrying on the receipt and payment of Government moneys shall furnish Form GFR 19 to the Finance Commission within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every treasury carrying on the receipt and payment of Government moneys shall make an application in Form GFR 19 to the Finance Commission within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the receipt and payment of Government moneys is undertaken, and the Finance Commission shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Gujarat.
