GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of land by occupants under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish Form 8 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 8 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Telangana.
