GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of a public sector undertaking by public sector undertakings under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every public sector undertaking carrying on the management of a public sector undertaking shall furnish Form GFR 25 to the Controller General of Accounts within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every public sector undertaking carrying on the management of a public sector undertaking shall make an application in Form GFR 25 to the Controller General of Accounts within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a public sector undertaking is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
