GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Guard, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form B to the Commissioner within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form B to the Commissioner within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
