ORDER

Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form H to the State Executive Committee within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form H to the State Executive Committee within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the State Executive Committee shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
