GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a bonded warehouse by bonded warehouse keepers under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Inspector of Excise, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall furnish Form F to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall make an application in Form F to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a bonded warehouse is undertaken, and the Deputy Commissioner of Excise shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
