GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a society by societies under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every society carrying on the running of a society shall furnish Form H to the Charity Commissioner within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form H to the Charity Commissioner within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a society is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
