GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Enrolment as a cadet by cadets under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Garrison Engineer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every cadet carrying on enrolment as a cadet shall furnish Form E to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every cadet carrying on enrolment as a cadet shall make an application in Form E to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which enrolment as a cadet is undertaken, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
