GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The export of goods as a status holder by status holders under the Tamil Nadu Special Economic Zones (Special Provisions) Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every status holder carrying on the export of goods as a status holder shall furnish Form FC-4 to the Reserve Bank within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every status holder carrying on the export of goods as a status holder shall make an application in Form FC-4 to the Reserve Bank within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the export of goods as a status holder is undertaken, and the Reserve Bank shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
