GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The management of a math by managers of a math under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall furnish Form H to the Endowments Tribunal within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application in Form H to the Endowments Tribunal within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a math is undertaken, and the Endowments Tribunal shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Rajasthan.
