GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The employment of persons with disabilities by establishments employing persons with disabilities under the Tamil Nadu Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats) Act, 1994, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Welfare Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every establishment employing persons with disabilities carrying on the employment of persons with disabilities shall furnish Form II to the State Commissioner within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every establishment employing persons with disabilities carrying on the employment of persons with disabilities shall make an application in Form II to the State Commissioner within seven days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the employment of persons with disabilities is undertaken, and the State Commissioner shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
