GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The construction of buildings in a cantonment by owners of land within a cantonment under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Garrison Engineer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of land within a cantonment carrying on the construction of buildings in a cantonment shall furnish Form E to the Station Commander within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of land within a cantonment carrying on the construction of buildings in a cantonment shall make an application in Form E to the Station Commander within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of buildings in a cantonment is undertaken, and the Station Commander shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
