GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Village Accountant, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 12 to the Settlement Officer within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 12 to the Settlement Officer within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Settlement Officer shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Telangana.
