GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of excisable articles by manufacturers under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Inspector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of excisable articles shall furnish Form A to the Excise Appellate Authority within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of excisable articles shall make an application in Form A to the Excise Appellate Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of excisable articles is undertaken, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
